Traveler / Photographer

Travelling and meeting people with cultures and lifestyles that differ from one's own can help one develop a complete awareness of one's world vision.

Doing it with a "photographic eye" allows you to see from a different, perhaps deeper, perspective.

Born in Genoa in 1967.
In the early 2000s, he approached nature photography driven by his lifelong passion for animals and travel. However, his travels – especially those to Africa, where he returned several times – were also opportunities to meet populations and social contexts, which gave rise to his desire to document people’s lives, shifting his interest mainly to documentary photography.

Self-taught, he studied texts that can be defined as “classics”, but above all, he tried to learn from the works of the great masters of reportage.

He participated in workshops held by international photographers, allowing him to acquire a greater awareness of “making photography”.

In recent years, he has mainly followed the works of contemporary photographers, with particular attention paid to Italian authors.
